Google Fiber Call Center

Business Intelligence Project

This mock project at the Google Fiber Call Center showcases my expertise in Business Intelligence, specifically focusing on processes for establishing a successful project and Tableau for creating a functional dashboard. I developed essential project documents such as Project Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, and Strategy to ensure alignment with business needs. Following the creation of a low-fidelity dashboard mockup, data was imported into Tableau for the final dashboard. An Executive Summary was crafted to effectively communicate project highlights to stakeholders.

Low-Fidelity Dashboard Mockup

Tableau Dashboard

The development of this Tableau dashboard was designed to leverage the distinctive design principles synonymous with Google. The initial low-fidelity mockup served as a robust starting point, guiding the evolution of the dashboard design. Iteratively refined throughout the process, the design seamlessly aligned with the data, filters, and legends, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging user experience. The result is a Tableau dashboard that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of stakeholders, offering a visually compelling and functionally effective tool for data analysis and decision-making within the Google Fiber Call Center context.

This dashboard is designed for a desktop viewing experience.

Executive Summary

The Executive Summary file, crafted to match the design style of both the project and the organization, accompanies the dashboard delivery. Tailored for stakeholders, it succinctly defines the problem, outlines the solution, provides key details on the project journey, and offers reflections with next steps for ongoing dashboard utilization.
